The Village is approximately 35 acres. It is an Age Qualified Community, located within the Bitterroot Valley in Stevensville, Montana. Unlike most Active Adult communities, 80% of the households in Kootenai Creek Village must have at least one person aged 55 or older. The remaining 20% of households may have adult residents of any age.
